A shearing operation to precisely cut big steel rolls to narrower rolls. We adopt advance slitting machine to achieve high precision tolerance as well as fast speed. Minium cutting width can be 22mm with tolerance of +/-0.05mm.
Different kinds of packages can also be customized such as PVC film, kraft paper, etc.
Precision Cutting
Stainless Steel Sheet Cutting
To flat open steel rolls to steel plates or steel sheets. Our high precision cutting machine could precisely cut as well as cold straighten/flatten the plate and sheet and remove the curves, waves or warps of it.
Minimum width of steel sheets could be 100mm and length 165mm with tolerance of +/-0.5mm. Thick steel plates minimum width 600mm and length 1000mm with tolerance of +/-2.0mm.
Steel Pipe Cutting

To cut steel long pipes and tubes to custom length according to requirements. We have saw cutting and laser cutting both could guarantee clean tube ends without metal slags, burrs or damages on surface.
Minimum cutting length of steel pipes could be 28mm with a tolerance of +/-0.1mm at most.
Precision Chamfering

To remove the metal burrs/chips using like a conical head to make a bevel/groove at the ends of steel tubes.
Chamfered steel tubes are with brighter, cleaner and smoother surface and ends which are perfect for precision parts assemble.
Deburring

Deburring is also aiming to remove the metal burrs/bits but using like a brush to do so. Deburred steel pipes are with clean and smooth ends without any metal chips or burrs.
